LOCATION The house is located in a pleasant area between Churwell - a great location to get into Leeds from, or access the M62 and M621 motorways, and Morley. Cottingley train station is within walking distance and several frequent and direct bus routes to Morley and Leeds are only minutes away.
The village is not far from the White Rose shopping centre with Sainsbury's, general shops and good Bus connections. Morrisons and Asda are in Morley and there is a small Tesco Express open till 23:00 on a night only a 10 minutes walk from the house.
RENT You pay £430 per month, which covers rent, and includes bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, and decent SKY broadband internet/WiFi).
CANCELLATION PERIOD One calendar month from the first of the month after moving in.
TENANCY A minimum six month tenancy agreement
