Looking for two new housemates in a spacious Georgian 4-bedroom house, a 2 min walk from Holloway Road Tube Station (Piccadilly Line).

The house is lovely and on a very quiet residential street, but right next to Holloway road with multiple supermarkets at walking distance (2 min walk to Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Morrison and Tesco). The house is also only 15 mins walk from Upper Street with its many pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The house itself is very spacious and has a garden, a shared living room and kitchen. The house has one bathroom including a shower and toilet and an additional toilet, to be shared only between 3 flatmates (as another tenant who is staying has an en-suite). The kitchen is fully equipped (2 fridges, one including a freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine). Additional storage space is available.

Both rooms are fully furnished. One bedroom is on the Ground floor and would be £830 per month. The other bedroom available is on the 2nd floor and and the rent would be £ 820 per month. Bills are roughly £150 pounds per month and include all bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and a weekly cleaner for the shared parts of the house.

The two flatmates remaining include myself, Sophie (27 years old, French, financial analyst) and Priyo (32 years old, from Scotland, doctor). We both work very long hours, are both friendly and laid-back. We are looking for like-minded professionals and would prefer individual tenants and not couples.

Move in date is August 28th, 2015. Deposit will likely be £1, 170 plus one-month rent in advance and credit check will be conducted by landlord. These details will be discussed with the landlord once we have found someone for the property. The landlord himself is very approachable and friendly.
