Hi, my name is Adam.

I am putting this room up for rent, due to me moving in with another coursemate. The landlord (John) is looking for a student who would be willing to take over my contract for the next academic year.

It’s in an all-male shared (kitchen and bathroom) 5 bed flat. Only 1 room left and contract starts for the next academic year. The rent includes the price of all inclusive bills and internet, however, a deposit will need to be paid and either John or I can talk through all the details with you when seeing the flat.

Overall its an all-inclusive, safe and secure student accommodation in the heart of Leicester City Centre on Millstone Lane next door to De Montfort University and less than 5 minutes walk into Leicester Market Place and Highcross Shopping Centre.

What’s included?

All Utility Bills Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!

Internet & Wifi You will have access to our WiFi service provided by KeyCom, offering 50MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.

Apartment Lounges with TVs Each apartment lounge is fitted with comfy, leather sofas and has a 32” TV with Freeview. TV License is included.

Fully Fitted Kitchen Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer, and microwave. There’s also a dining area with a breakfast bar and stools.

Contents Insurance Your rent includes personal contents insurance from student insurance specialists Endsleigh.

Cycle Storage We have a private secure cycle storage area on the ground floor. Only Mezzino Pennine House residents have access – you can get a key from reception when you move in.

24-hour On-Site Team Members of the Pennine House management team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.

Always Secure Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.

On-Site Laundry Our fully-fitted laundry room can be found on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!
