I live in the house with my 21 year old son, the room is freshly decorated with a brand new never been slept in single bed in it complete with all bedding. The house itself is a work in progress approximately 50% complete so its no palace however it is clean and tidy. The house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one upstairs one downstairs. The entire ground floor is shared. There is off road parking and a reasonable back garden. I own a collie dog who is really friendly. The living room has a large tv in it with the best virgin tv package available including sky movies and sports. The upstairs bathroom has a large bath in it, sink and toilet. The downstairs bathroom/utility room has a walk in shower ( wet room ) a sink and a toilet. At the utility end of this room is the washing machine and tumble drier. Although I am a live in landlord I work a full time job and run a business so my time at home is limited. When I do have some time off I normally go visiting family or fishing so the house stands empty for a lot of the time. My son also works full time. I don’t need references I will take you as I find you as long as you can prove you work full time and seem like a respectable human being to me.
