BEDROOMS AND ENSUITE BATHROOMS
This property has 5 good size double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms, 1 with an roll top baths. The bedrooms are all fully furnished with clothe hanging space, chest of draws, 4ft6 (standard) double beds with comfortable quality mattresses, desk and chair, full length mirror and bedside tables as well as shelving space. The blinds are blackout, so no annoying 5 am wake up calls from the Sun.
There is a large living room which includes a 49Ã¢â‚¬Â LED 4K UHD SMART TV with acess to iPlayer Etc. on a high quality swivel bracket, plenty of comfortable seating and a fire place.
There is a vast modern kitchen with many cupboards, stone worktops, giant American style fridge freezer (including ice and water dispenser), 2 cookers (giving 8 hobs and 4 ovens! ), 2 Belfast Sinks, dishwasher, washing machine, separate condensing tumble dryer, and microwave. The dining area can seat up to 6 people.
The house has a Worchester Boch central heating systemand large 250 litre hot water tank. It is controlled by an internet enabled Hive Central heating controller, allowing you to control the heating from your smart phone. This means your heating will be more than sufficient, reliable and efficient. The mains water supply has been upgraded to 32mm, meaning even if all 5 showers are used at the same time the pressure will be good and you are very unlikely to runout of hot water.
At the front of the house there is off road parking for 4 (possibly 5) cars. There is a private low maintenance garden to the rear ofthe property, with a number of trees and hedges but mostly laid to gravel.
This home is situated on a peaceful no through road meaning no traffic noise.
3 mins walk away there is a corner shop,
5 mins walk away are the convinces of shops on Lodge Causeway including a number of takeaways, cafes, bakery Tesco Express and chip shop.
