SHORT-TERM STAY ONLY (up to 4 months).
I have a modern, double bedroom to rent in the loft of my house. The place is only 6 minutes walk from Birkenhead Central Mersey Rail station, two stops away from Liverpool James Street Station.
The bedroom is furnished with modern furniture and comes with a double bed, bed chair, nightstand, lamp, chest of drawers, desk with chair, and desk lamp. The room is quiet and cosy. It also benefits a nice view of the Merseyside. The room can accommodate a single person or a couple.
The lodger will have full access and use of the two bathrooms, a living room, the laundry room, and the large open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a washer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender/soupmaker, and fridge-freezer. The laundry room is equipped with a tumble dryer, iron, and iron board. There is plenty of cupboard storage and the basement for extra storage.
The lodger will have full access to the patio and the beautiful garden as well, which is great to relax in the summer.
The house has CCTV covering the front door and back door. There are cameras in the main entrance hall as well, for everyone’s extra security and safety.
There is free off-street parking for cars.
The house is located on Whetstone Lane (Tranmere), walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores. The location is nice and safe, and not (email hidden) area has excellent road and train links to Liverpool, Chester, and Birkenhead town centres. Nearby places are: Birkenhead Central train station: 0.4 miles. Green Lane train station: 0.4 miles. Birkenhead town centre: 0.6 miles. Pyramids Shopping Centre: 0.7 miles. Liverpool city centre: 3.5 miles. Liverpool John Lennon Airport: 11.9 miles Chester: 19 miles.
The bed is fitted with luxury Egyptian sheets.
The room rate includes all bills covering all utilities/super fast Virgin broadband/council tax, etc. No additional expenses.
The house is not suitable for parties or events.
UPFRONT PAYMENT: A deposit of 1-month rent plus 1-month rent is required at the signature of the lodger agreement. The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay, subject to conditions.
COUPLES: couples are accepted at the rate of £800 per month.
SMOKERS: Smoking is allowed only in the patio and the garden.
All rates refer to a minimum stay of 1 month. For a shorter stay, please contact me for the rates.
