Looking for 1 bedroom part furnished Studio for ~ £380/month

Hi, I am youngh profesional worker, I am in England since 8 months ago so I can provide some references. I am tidy, responsable and worker, I am in England to improve my english and get experience in my work. Actually I am working as IT in Nissan.
I am looking for a 1 bedroom studio o similar to rent, I want live allone, but also I am looking for a share room. I have a reasonable salary, but I am not able to luxuries.
I am looking in Sunderland close to the A19 or good comunicate with Nissan. NewCastle Byker or Heaton I like too.
