Looking for ensuite Double room for around £600 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Hi there I am looking to rent a room or studio in Surrey preff Worcester Park/ Cheam/ Sutton/ Wimbledon areas.

Within walking distance of a tube or train station (I amportant)

The perfect let would be between £400-£650 I am in work but get some housing benifit to put towards the rent(so the Landlord would have to accept part DSS part cash)Refferences avalible plus a gurantor if needed. For this I would like all bills inclusive a studio or Double room (Furnished) nice decore, (an en suite would be nice but not a must) & Last but not least nice clean & friendly house mates.

Now a little about myself, I work in an around London as a Maintenace bloke,
I am a clean & tidy fella who likes most sports, music, being social with freinds & family also I like to have a Booze when deserved, also I like to cook a decent meal when poss…
