We are a young professional couple looking for a room to rent until we emigrate early this year. We have just sold a property and don't want to have to commit to a 6 month rental agreement, so for us the ideal is to rent a room all inclusive with the flexibility to stay longer if needed. By now if you are thinking 'perfect' There is a catch, a very sweet catch, but still a catcha? . We, is not just us two - it is three, we have a daughter. She is, of course, adorable and very good, but also three and full of beans. If you would consider then please let us know. We used to rent out our spare room so are very happy and easy going sharers.
