available mon-fri lets immediately for 12 months or over

My name's Louise. I am a teacher and work in weston-super-mare.
I am basically looking for a room to rent monday to thursday, term time only as I would like to live elsewhere during weekends and holidays.
For this reason, as I would be paying for accommodation elsewhere, I need a room that is as cheap as possible, and I would not need to pay for during school holidays.
So if you fancy making a little bit of extra money but don't want someone to take over your house maybe we could come to some arrangement. Honestly, you would hardly know I'm there.
I have seen ads before where rooms are reduced if the tenant doesnt mind babysitting once in a while. Things like this I would certainly consider if it means I can live more cheaply.
I would require the room from the start of september.
