I am very interested in the room but I have a few questions.

• How large is the room?

• As I mentioned in my profile my partner may come to visit are there any issues in her staying overnight?

• Do you have any images of the property, room and the area?

• Is the bathroom a private bathroom or en suite?

• Can you list the bills included in the rent just to be certain?

• Can I commit to a short initial lease period, and that if everything works out, then commit to a longer lease?

• Does rent start from the day of the month I move into the room?

• Is there wireless broadband that I can access to?

• Is there a TV socket, a land-line phone socket?

• Is there a shared common area (living room, kitchen), and so on?

I am a 29 year old criminal law defence solicitor working in Wellingborough at a local solicitor's firm, so I can help you or your friends out if you ever get into trouble.

I am currently engaged and am living at my fiancé’s parents house but I need to get out.

My ideal flatmates would be of a similar age group. They have to be fun, conscientious, preferably professionals because I don't wanna be knocking on your door telling people to turn it down at 3am, and relatively clean.
