Hi, I saw your add and wondered whether the room was still available, I'm currently living between two friends' houses, (one on Norfolk street and one on Mount Pleasant so this location would be ideal), and need a room to call my own, I'm not a student so will pay any council tax required. Also I have two elderly caged rats, they're pretty clean as far as pets go, (they're lady rats, it's the boy rats that smell), but they can stay at one of my friend's houses if this would be a problem.
