available all week immediately for 12 months or over

I am 26 and work as an administrator in Teddington which I quite enjoy. During the week I love going to the gym experimenting in the kitchen and chilling out with a DVD. Weekends I do like to have a drink but don't go overboard. I am laid back, friendly and averagely clean. I am looking to live with a small group of people that are friendly, considerate and chilled out.
