Rich is looking for a Double room in Surbiton, Surrey

Looking for a Double room for around £550 per month
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

I've been flat sharing in Surbiton for the last 5 years but have just been given 2 months notice by our landlady (she needs the place for her daughter to live in), and my current flatmate has decided to shorten her commute and move closer to work.

Therefore, I'm looking to find someone fairly like minded, friendly and sociable to get together with and find a decent 2 bed flat to rent in Surbiton. My moving out date is 16th March 2012, but should be able to move either side of that if need be.

I'm 31, work full time in Kingston and always have lots on the go, so see home as a place to relax and wind down generally. Am always up for a chat and the odd drink when I get time! Have got lots of interests, mainly music which is a big part of my life, and cultural stuff in general.

My budget is something in the region of £750 per month max for rent and bills. Drop me a line if you think we'd get on!
