Hi,

My name is Lee and I'm 27. I'm currently living in Surbiton but the rent has run out on my house and my housemates are both moving away so I'm looking for somewhere new to live, ideally in the same area (although Kingston would be good too).

I'm in the last year of my PhD so I'm spending most of my time now writing my thesis. My interests include music, running, socialising, all the usual things really. I don't currently have the beard in the picture below.

Ideally I'd like an unfurnished room in a friendly sociable house/flat. If it is furnished that's fine, I'll just need to figure out what to do with my bed! It would be great to have housemates who I really get along with too.
