Looking for a room for around £500 per month
available all week for 6 months

We are 2 professional friends looking for a 2/3 bedroom house within ST4 postcode. We would prefer the Penkhull area if possible.

We are looking for the following:

- 2 good sized / 3 bedrooms
- Yard / Garden
- 2 Parking Spaces
- ST4 postcode. Preferably Penkhull, Newcastle, Porthill, Stoke
- £450 - £550 a month
- Would be a bonus if the bathroom was upstairs too but not essential :)
(obviously the ACTUAL bathroom is essential… haha)

We are looking to move in around 6 - 8 weeks time. This is only a rough guide at the moment as we are waiting to be released from our current contract.

We are two friendly ladies looking for a good, honest, reasonable landlord. We pride ourselves in cleanliness too, which is always a bonus. We can assure you, we will keep your house sparkling and make Kim and Aggie proud!
