Hi I'm Darren,

I am starting a new job in Stamford in May and so I am looking for a room to rent, from Mon to Friday as the rest of the time I will be home in Manchester.

Due to the nature of my new job I will be overseas approx 40% time.

I am very easy going, clean/tidy and sociable.

Due to owning a home in manchester and limited time in Stamford I am looking for a nice but affordable home close to the town centre.
