I am a mature Irish Woman looking to rent a single room in the Palmers Green Southgate/area's please.

My budget is about £85 P. W. to £100 P. W.

The room must be near public transport (IE) Buses please as I am a non driver.

Preferred method of contact is on my mobile No. as I do not have regular access to my E-mail account.

Ps I am not on Social Welfare Benefits.

I will require the room from about the 8Th March please.
