Looking for a Double room for around £300 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Room wanted for a an easy going, positive male within 20 minutes walk to South Shields metro station. I am a young professional (Civil Service) studying a part time MSc at Northumbria University. I am looking for a room on a rolling agreement for the foreseeable future. I could live with anyone. An ideal room would be close to the shops, my place of work and a good gym. I like everything from going to gigs, sports events, cinema and nights out. I would prefer to live with clean house mates as I am a tidy person myself.
