The property is located two miles from the North Sea coastline in a pleasant village with local amenities within 100 metres of the property. Large Garden at the rear of the property and off street parking at the front. Access to buses to and from Newcastle, Whitley Bay, Byth. There is also a metro link to Newcastle which is 5 minutes by car.

I do not drink or smoke but I'm OK if you do, though not in the house. As you have noticed I have not laid down a figure for a deposit which should make this a lot more affordable. I am happy if you are thinking short term but can accomodate a longer stay period.
