Recently started a new job in Seaham.

Ideally need somewhere 15-20 mins max from here - Seaham itself/Sunderland/Chester Le Street etc

Am looking for an all inclusive weekday let. Will probably only need accommodation 3 or 4 days a week with parking, and will go back to my own house in Leeds at weekends.

Ideally looking to pay £150 a month - Perfect opportunity of you just looking for a bit of a top up each month!

Am really easy to get on with, very considerate (i. e. don't bang doors or leave the toilet seat up lol)
