Looking for ensuite Double room for around £300 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Single professional female, recently moved to the area for work.
Seeking a double room with another professional who has a good sense of humour & is easy going to share their home with me. In all honesty with the hours I work you'll hardly see me, but when we do, I'd ideally prefer someone who likes to chat & be polite & friendly.
I'm a smoker, but would never do this in my own house, let alone expect to in anyone elses! but would hope an outdoor ashtray, that I'd empty regularly wouldn't offend.
I'm clean & tidy, but don't have OCD… if you're the kind of person who's gonna whip my plate away as I lay down my knife & fork… I'm really not for you! I prefer a natter over dinner & time to digest my food before the washing up takes place & if the natters better than the thought of washing up… it'll get done in the morning! I believe honesty is the best policy & I've just done a house share with someone I really found hard to live with & he me! I will not die worrying about dust on a skirting board… he will lol
