Room in 2 bed flat with shared use of bathroom & kitchen. The room measures 10'8" x 9'11". It is furnished with 3'6" x 6'6" single bed, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, dressing table & mirror, table & generous shelving. It benefits from gas central heating radiator, double glazing, landline (calls not included in rent) & small/portable terrestial TV. There is internet access through domestic wireless network. The kitchen is well equipped & you will have sole use of a double cupboard, fridge & small freezer. There is a shared washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with electric Triton shower (so no getting scalded when someone runs the kitchen tap! ). The flat is situated in a leafy residential area 1 mile from Redhil BR Station (London-Brighton Line) & 2miles from J8 of M25. There is limited OSP, but plenty of on-street parking. There are 2 town centres close by with shops, restaurants, libraries, cinemas/theatre & a 5 min walk to sports centre. The local countryside is beautiful & would suit cyclists & ramblers.
