Looking for a double room within central Chichester. Current landlord has decided to move back, hence why I am now looking for something similar. Ideally the room is unfurnished with the house having broadband, sky, & off road parking (not all essential but this is my wish list). I'm clean and tidy with no kids or pets. I think I'm easy going and can provide references from landlords and other people I have shared with in the past.
