available all week immediately for 12 months or over

Hi, I'm Pat, 47 y/o working man, single, clean, friendly and happy guy, I am looking to move from my present house share due to noisy and untidy housemates who have moved in and spoiled a happy and clean home. I am looking for a double room in a clean friendly home, I get along with most people, from all nationalities, and all walks of life. I like music, cooking, walking, reading, etc etc.
I work at tower park, so would prefer somewhere within reasonable walking distance. I dont mind a house with pets, but I have a phobia of cats, so no offense but no cats please. I smoke, but never inside the house.
