Keith is looking for a Double room in Perth

Looking for a Double room for around £300 per month
available all week for 3 months

I'm relocating from Dumfries to Perth to start an apprenticeship with Vector Aerospace and will be spending most of my time at Perth college. I would prefer somewhere within walking distance and near the bus route for almondbank. I'm into sport and easy to get along with. I used to be in the forces so I'm quite a tidy person. I am a smoker but I wouldn't smoke in my house, therefore wouldn't expect to smoke in yours. I recently got married which is the reason I'm looking for a short term let. My wife and daughter will be joining me in the area later on in the year as we will be renting out our house in Dumfries towards end of november and the person we have lined up to move in will do so when her current lease runs out. I will probably travel home at least every 2nd weekend until my wife makes the move. I may require a slightly longer lease depending on my wifes luck in finding work in the area. I'm looking to move into suitable premises on 31 August as my job starts on 1st Sep. Please get in touch if you have anything suitable. Thanks
