James is looking for a room in Perth

Looking for a room for around £70 per week
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

Hi My name is James. The accomadation i've got just now is through the college, but it runs out at the middle of june when I graduate, so will need somewhere by then.

Not fussed by location as long as its within Perth. Furnished room is pretty neccessary but the basics will do.

I am a non-smoker and would prefer to live with non-smokers aswell. Apart from that I'm not really fussed about the typs of people I live with, .

I will be working full-time in the summer as a chef so would be working quite long hours, so people flexible with this would be good.

I'm clean, tidy and will always do my fair share of work around the house.

The maximum I would be willing to pay would be £75p/w inclusive of bills and I do have a reference if this is required.
