Dave is looking for a room in Penzance, Cornwall

I am very easy going, sociable, polite and tidy 49 (ouch) year old male. I have 3 children 19, 13, 12. I am looking for a house or flat (Double room preferred) share in Penzance where they can visit if they wish and occasionally spend the night in my room. I am a professional and teach adults.
I do smoke but would be more than happy to keep that to the outside.
