Marina is looking for a room in Nottingham

Hi,
I have a question, is possible me staying in the room only for a little time?
I, ll explain you my situation,
I, m staying in Nottingham for 6 months but i, ve already found a room. I decided to take that room cause there, s a spanish girl living in there and she can help me with the language (i, m spanish too) The thing is I have to wait until 4 th of February, that is the date that the other girl is leaving. I arrived to Nottingham on 14 th of January and I need a place to stay in meanwhile. I wont stay in the house exactly one month but a little less time, around 20 days. it would be possible me staying in the house during this time? would I have to pay the complete month and bond? do you have internet broad band in the house and central heating? is gas, water and electricity include in the final rental price? I would be great if it, s possible me staying there. Lots of thanks
