Looking for a Double room for around £270 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

I am a prefessional and looking for a double room in a two bedroom flat/room. Willing to pair up with anyone interested to rent a place. Have had to move because my current flatmate is moving out to london. If interested, you could also take up the room my flatmate is leaving in the flat where I am staying and we can share bills as I am currenting doing with my flat mate.
its a very spacious house with a luxury appeal. The flat is fully furnished and Sky broadbanded connected. I am easy going and will only stay with someone who is hygine concious, easy going and also a professional.
