I have a medium sized room to rent in a 3 bed flat. It is located about 10-15 mins walk from city centre/train station. I am a 25 year old girl (student) living with another couple. We are Polish, nice and friendly ;)) We speak Polish and English ;) I can rent the room for 1 person for 240 per month or for a couple, for 390. Bills included. The flat is always kept clean and tidy. It has spacious kitchen and living room. It is located near city centre and train station, about 15mins walk (NR3). I will need one month deposit but can split it if you can not afford to pay all in one go.
