I am a 24 year old PA who has recently purchased a two bed house and looking for a clean & tidy female house mate who I can maybe share a bottle of wine & have a laugh with.
I am quite laid back but do like keep my house presentable. I like to relax with friends & family, go to the gym, enjoy comedy clubs, rugby & going on skiing & summer holidays.
The house is currently being renovated which is why there are limited pictures available at present, although viewings are more than welcome and the room will be fully furnished. I am looking to charge £100 per week rent inc bills.
