Theres a spacious communal living room with a massive widescreen TV and dining table, also a cleaner that comes every fortnight to clean all communal areas.

Extremely convenient if you are based at Avenue campus as it is a brisk 10 minute walk and 2 minutes from the free bus stop to get park. Its an ideal location as there are also lots of shops and takeaway places on St Matthews parade i. e. tescos, co-op, chinese, indian pizza hut etc also a 15minute trip into town.

Looking for a friendly, respectable and easy going female student. I have found a place with friends so I would like to have a quick replacement. The current housemates have specifically requested another girl, so no guys sorry! no offense :)
