My name is Amit. I and my wife need a studio flat or double room (sharing) urgently in Newbury or Thatcham area. Anything near train station is fine. We have a budget of 200 to 300 Pounds a month( inclusive bills etc) and we will be staying for 2 months starting from 26th Oct to Christmas. We are non smoker, working professional couple without any pet and children.
We will need kitchen if the shared accommodation is offered. We will need a parking space for our car.
