Looking for a room for around £200 per month
available mon-fri lets immediately for 6 months

I am looking for a room in or around Middlesbrough for 3 nights a week. I would prefer a house/flat with one occupant and with a wireless broadband connection. I am looking at paying £150pcm (but open to negotiation) as I will only be staying 3 nights a week. Looking forward to hearing from anyone who has a place fitting the above description. Thanks
