Looking for a Single room for around £40 per week
available all week for 6 months

I am looking for a room/living space to rent near middlesbrough while I am working for a local engineering company on the riverside park industrial estate, I am starting work on the 21st of november so I need somewhere to stay asap as it`s going to cost me £80 a week in fuel and take 3 hours a day if I commute to middlesbrough from my home town of scarborough.

I will only be using the room on week nights as I will be traveling home on friday nights to my familys home and I will be working day shifts. I am a married man with 2 children and looking for temporary accomodation just for myself whilst I work in middlesbrough until I can find somewhere permanent to move my family into the area. I only need accomodation for about 2 months just to make sure the job I have taken is right for me before I uproot my wife and children from their daily routine and school.

I am hoping to pay around £20-40 a week in cash, in advance if you wish.
