available all week immediately for 12 months or over

Hi my name is michael I am looking to rent a room in the Oak Tree or Blidworth area as I currently work in Blidworth. Please don't be put off by my age I am very honest, reliable and mature for my age. I work from 8 am to 5pm Monday to Friday so would not be in most of the time. I am looking to move in asap and I would be willing to be accepted on a trial basis if this helps your decision thanks. I do smoke but obviously would not expect to smoke inside.
