Dear sir/madam,

My name is Luis Miguel. I’m a Spanish male who finished the university degree in June. I’m 27. Now, my intention is to learn English and I have decided to live a time in England. I'm a serious person, responsible, clean and sociable. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets.

I’m writing to see the possibility of seeing the house, the room and the detailed terms of the contract. My intention is to get to Manchester the 6th of February to look for a job and start living there.

I would appreciate your letting me know whether I could see the house. If possible, could you send me the detailed terms and requirements for the contract because for me it's easier to understand written English.
