Looking for a Double room for around £195 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Hope your well. I am a 27 year old professional looking for a houseshare currently. I work full time and am starting a course at college part time in September in the evenings so will be very busy. I am based in Birchwood, just outside of Warrington but also do travel around the North of England so will be spending some time away from the house quite often too. Ideally I am looking for a respectable houseshare. I tend to spend what little spare time I have enjoying the outdoors; either walking or cycling so I would need a little space to store my bike and a few camping bits.

I am very clean and considerate of bills as I have had my own house for nearly 7 years. I am just looking for a houseshare so that I can save a bit of money and hopefully own my own place one day.
