Looking for a Double room for around £400 per month
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

Hi, I am John

I am looking to either move into a flat share with no more than one existing tenant OR 'buddy up' with someone else that is looking for a flat share to find a flat to rent in Manchester city centre.

By the way, I am flexible on move date - anywhere from 6/3/2012 to 25/4/2012

I'm mature, easygoing with a placid, laid back personality and always respectful of those I'm living with. I'm more than happy to share the cleaning of the flat and keep things reasonably tidy. I would expect the same in my flatmate.

At the moment I work part time in security and part time web design from home.

Ideally I'm looking for someone that will become a friend and not just a flatmate… someone with a similar quiet, laid back personality.

I enjoy good food and occasionally eating out, going out to see a movie, action/scifi movies, karaoke and live music, tv comedies, tv and internet comedies and documentaries

I think having a similar sense of humour is a bonus. My sense of humour: Frankie Boyle, Bill Bailey, George Carlin, Steven Wright. Maybe you share the same sense of humour?

As regards moving into a flat share, I am willing to pay up to £400/month fully inclusive of everything OR £325/month and pay half the bills and council tax.

Alternatively, if I do succeed in 'buddying up' with someone to rent a two bed flat then I would realistically be looking at a flat around the £650 - £700/month mark (although it might be possible to find something slightly lower).

I have seen plenty of so called 'city centre' flats advertised that are not actually in the city centre.
What I am looking for is something right in the heart of the city

Essential things I need in the flat are: -

Decent size bedroom/s with plenty of storage space and a double bed.

Washing machine and drier (or washer/drier)

Broadband WiFi internet

Shower (not just a bath)

I'm 47 but I don't make a big deal out of age and I'm looking to share with someone that feels the same.
