Looking for a Double room for around £480 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Sociable professional guy would like to share a nice quiet house/flat. Starting a new job near Rickmansworth - so am looking for an easy coomute. I am here for 6 months probably longer and will return home some weekends. Would like access to broadband, TV, washing machine. Own bathroom preferred but not essential. Prefer non-smoking. Will also need parking.
I can provide a deposit and references.
