I have been living in this room since summer last year and am sad to have to leave it. It is an amazing location, safe as houses, with a friendly and helpful building super who lives downstairs and the quietest, most studious flatmate in the world.

Who for: student or part-time student, as they want to keep the building quiet for the other students living here. Most of us are post-graduates with a lot of essays to write.

Where: Right at Soho's doorstep, the flat is in the heart of London, 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus.

Building: well-maintained and supervisor lives in building so can help with any questions

Sharing with: Common areas (toilet, bathroom, kitchen and living room) shared with another student. The building consists of 3 floors (2 rooms per floor) entirely of students so only quiet and friendly tenants are chosen. It is an international place and there are currently Asian, America and European students from LSE, SOAS and UCL in the building.

Decor: It is furnished and you share the kitchen and WC with another very quiet student. This room will be on the top floor with lovely views of Central London's city rooftops. With a single bed and furnishings, the room is still big enough to do yoga in =)

Furnished comes with: 1 coffee table, 1 single bed, 1 work desk, 1 wardrobe and bookshelf, heater, shelves and wi-fi internet

Amenities: cafes, restaurants, cheap Chinatown grocery, Starbucks, 24-hour convenience stores around the corner and Whole Foods 5 minutes walk away. Leicester Square and Soho cinemas are very near. So are the Soho cafes, pubs and bars. Plus all the West End theatres!

Cost: 800 per month. All bills included except for electricity which is shared with your flatmate.
