Looking for a Double room for around £700 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Hello! I am looking for a great house share to join. My name is Rachael, I am a working fashion designer, I love music and sing professionally on the side. I am a young 32 year old… young at heart that is lol.

I moved to London almost a year ago, where I live currently is notideal for tubes, and local amenities. I am looking to cut the cost of my rent as only sharing with one other proves to be quite expensivel.

I need a double room for min of 3 months - max 6 months… and longer… I want a place with bills inc in the rent. The cheaper the better for me as I'm not home bird.

I'm not looking for a showhouse - I love older houses/shabby chic is my dream! I am trying to reduce my monthly outgoings so I really dont need anything too POSH - just homely and clean does it for me. Plus I work long days so won't be in much until the weekends. I also go back up North to sing some weekends so as you can see I have no need for a palace. ;)

I work north of London mon-fri, so I leave the house early and get in pretty late too. I do drive so would need off-road or street to park my small K. A.

I currently live North West not far from Queens Park, my move date is 15th Dec so I really want to secure somewhere a few weeks before.

I have a bed and some bedroom furniture so ideally a room non furnished room would be best but if not I can sell them.
I am a smoker but very happy to smoke outdoors - actually trying to quit at the moment.

Happy to live in a mixed household - perfection for me would be 2x guys and 2x girls including myself…. but very open to all options. I think living in a mixed house brings a variety of conversation, humour and overall a lighter atsmosphere.

I think of myself as a bubbly, fun kinda girl from the North of England, however I do have a sensible side being a professional designer for a large corporation I have to work very hard. BUT… when the weekend arrives I love nothing more than a bottle of wine and some good food. I am an excellent cook by the way and would happily cook for others.
