Hi,

I'm looking for a room in a relaxed and rather quiet but artistically inspiring flat. The ideal location would be north of the river, no further than zone 3. I'm a beginning musician, I have been playing for years but only now starting to seriously think of a career with music, and would like to share some inspiration with likeminded people. I'm also looking for a band. Statistically I'm a 24-year old post graduate student at the Institute of Education (major in Music Education), graduating this year. I also work part time. I would be ready to move in immediately.

The maximum rent I can pay is A 400 a month including bills. I'm reliable, calm but edgy when needed and I get along with pretty much everyone who has a positive attitude. I like to withdraw but also socialise a lot.
