Moving from current flatshare after twelve years as landlord is selling up. Experience of living happily with all sorts of people of all ages.

I am clean and tidy unintrusive person who enjoys cooking with/for others and socialising from time to time but have my own life and respect others privacy and life.

Can provide excellent landlord, employer and flatmate references.

Ensuite would be nice, but not essential, also price ideally to include most/all bills.

I am looking for somewhere long term within walking distance of my work in Tottenham Court Road. I need somewhere long term at least a year. I work from home sometimes but also travel a fair bit with work (events organiser)and go off to visit family and friends regularly at the weekends.

Some kind of communal dining/living area would be nice too - as a lovely range of international friends pass through London from time to time so it would be nice to cook for them - and you -and not to have to eat off our laps in my bedroom as I currently have to.
