Great 2 bed ground floor apartment 5 minutes from Camden Town markets and Kentish Town - close enough to the action when you want it, just far enough that it's quiet when you want it. My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 12 month lease.

The apartment features large furnished living spaces (loungeroom, dining and kitchen), private rear garden/BBQ/outdoor setting and one bathroom between the 2 people. Central heating, wireless broadband, cable TV, washing machine/dryer, etc. A cleaner comes weekly to tidy the apartment.

The room itself faces the rear garden and includes a set of drawers and a super-king-size bed. Own bedding and other furnishings required.

I'm an easy-going Australian living and working professionally in London and would like an easygoing flatmate who likes a laugh, will treat the place like home and is up for a few drinks or the odd glass of wine. I've been living here for 6 years and the landlord has been good at fixing anything that needs fixing promptly.

Would suit a professional, non-smoking male who appreciates living in a nice apartment, who will look after the apartment/contents and keep it tidy, and someone who is quieter during the week (there's a young family upstairs but no probs having mates round on weekends, etc).
Not suited to couples or mid/all-week-party-people.

Rent is £780 per month in advance, and bills/council-tax are approx £200 per month.
The deposit is £900.

First step will be to get in touch and we can arrange a viewing in the evening or on the weekend. If all's good, the managing agent will also need to do the usual identity, reference checks, etc.
