Deposit: six weeks

All the furniture are new from IKEA, the room is very bright, very quiet.
And two female roommates share bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. Roommates are clean, friendly, usually they are very busy

Transportation: walk 5 minutes to the train station (Raynes Park) two minutes there is bus stop
Train 18 minutes to reach Waterloo

Shopping: 5 minutes' walk there is a large Waitrose supermarket
