I have found a couple of really nice double two bedroom places costing around £700pcm (plus deposit to be negotiated), which we could split 50/50. Bills will be additional (aprox £80 a month each) which makes the above so much affordable. Just managed to get my ideal job at the BBC and looking for a great place to live that’s close to Leeds City Centre.

I'm a clean, reliable, friendly, respectful, mature male looking for a like-minded flat mate.

I previously shared a home with two women in a very clean and tidy home and I'm hoping to find new flat mates that are happy to do the same.

I would ideally like my own bathroom and kitchen but willing to share with clean, sensible, respectful, like-minded people. (Don’t mind living with Couples) but I don’t really want more than 2 others to live with.

I enjoy socialising, going to the gym, sports, music and technology.

When I'm at home I like to relax, I may occasionally invite one or two friends over for dinner but I'm definitely not the crazy house party type.
