Looking for a room for around £400 per month
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

I'm starting a new job in Jan 2011, based in Leatherhead.

I am relaxed, tidy, super friendly, great with children and animals. Non-smoker but don't mind living with smokers. Preferable if utility bills were included within my budget; I have very little electrical appliances, just a laptop, desk lamp and hair dryer and use very little gas as I'm a quick sandwich/cereal person.

Hobbies and activities include stand up comedy (just watching for now though I'd like to give it a try someday), learning guitar, origami, and my social life basically encompasses anything where friends and good company are involved.
