Looking for a Single room for around £340 per month
available all week immediately for 3 months

Lovely single room sharing with a Japanese female (31 years old, artist) and a couple (Japanese female, 28 years old, photographer and British male, 25 years old, hairdresser). We are looking for 1 independent, quiet but friendly, reliable, tidy, full time professional female who is interested in art in general. Single would be preferred due to the size of the kitchen. We are happy with any nationalities, but with fluent english. The flat is clean and tidy. There is a Tesco, Sainsbury's, small shops and post office nearby.
There is few parks within 10 minutes walk (closest one is about 3 minutes walk), gym & swimming pool within 5 min walk, plenty of bars towards Angel station, few cozy pubs nearby.
Closest station is Essex Road station, 10-15min by bus to Angel, Highbury & Islington, Old street station for underground station.

Please note that our landlord is intending to increase the monthly rent for 83 pounds more from the beginning of April, 2012 for the room. (Therefore it will be 423 pounds a month for the room. )
